No page here asks you to type your name or address, since there are no forms. Standard server logs and simple traffic counts still record technical facts such as the pages opened, the device type and an approximate region.

Information gathered when you phone

Every number shown on this site is a tracked line. A call-tracking service notes the time of each call, how long it ran and which number it came from, so calls can be routed and tallied. A few calls may be recorded to review quality, and a notice is played where the law requires one.

A call is passed to an independent plumbing contractor. Scheduling work may require your name, address and a description of the problem, and the contractor's own privacy practices apply to those details.

How the information is used

We keep call and visit records in order to pair callers with contractors, confirm that the pairing worked and defend the site against abuse. They may go to the companies that host the site, track calls or measure traffic, and to authorities when the law requires.

Personal information is not sold. Email the address below, with the date and time of your call, to request deletion of a call record.
